I'm fundraising for girls' education
Did you know the Kakuma refugee Camp hosts 28,773 girls?.
Did you know that every Girls? that every girl deserves tech skills that can keep her busy after school or give her remote or on-site employment that makes changes in the lives of those girls and also their families in communities?
Did you know the reason why girls are getting unwilling to pregnant and which mostly results in being single mothers?,
It's because after school period she doesn't have an education that can keep her busy and stay focused, the majority of girls in the Kakuma refugee camp are affected by these issues: early marriage, unwilling pregnancy, lack of tech skills, and remote or on-site jobs opportunities
Therefore Generation aid a refugees youth led-non profit organization is trying to solve this problem in the Kakuma refugee camp by introducing Digital skills to all after and out School programs that will empower girls with skills that can innovate Job opportunities that will build resiliency for all Girls in the Camp.
We are raising Fund and collecting any Outdated, used/ non-used, or Brocken Computer laptops from you/your company, to help ensure that the girls are being trained and trainers are getting incentives, constructing a classroom, and afford all materials to reskill and empower refugee girls with Tech skills and livelihood education to be able to secure remote or onsite jobs to improve their living standards to help build resilience.
We are still creating a fundraising campaign for this problem
.win-win-win.
I'M ONE GIRL AMBASSADOR IN THE KAKUMA REFUGEE CAMP KENYA.
