Did you know more that 130 million girls around the world are out of school? Educating girls not only changes the lives of those girls, but also their families, communities and countries. Not only that, but getting more girls in school will have a positive impact on climate change! A win-win-win.

I choose to promote and support education for girls because these face multiple barriers across the globe in accessing education. The barriers that girls face contribute to high levels of gender inequalities across the globe.Investing in girls' education transforms families, communities and nations because when girls are empowered through education they become knowledgeable and can contribute to the development of there societies, families, children in circumstances where they become responsible mothers👨🍼
Girls who receive an education are less likely to marry young and these can make informed decisions to lead healthy and productive lives. Meanwhile girls education is not only about them accessing schools, learning centres etc, it's about making girls feel safe, protected, listened to and supported to make wise decisions that grow their careers.
